First tarp project!

Got the Xenon Wide tarp finished on Saturday, and am very happy with it. Not sure if it will work with the specific hammock that I have (Blackbird XLC) because of the added shelf, and pull out netting on the entrance side, which makes the overall width wider than a conventional hammock. The images that follow this are of the tarp setup in a standard rectangle due to the lack of coverage in asymmetrical mode. I did not take these photos so I do not yet have close ups of any of the tie outs, or ridgeline points, but this will give everyone an idea of how it turned out. BTW, first time tarp maker here.

Nice.

I was askeered of tarps for a long time, it can be a daunting challenge. Looks like you did well.

Thank you sarge, it was a pretty simple and straight forward tarp, plus the fact that I chose to not even trim off the salvaged edge, but roll it into the hem itself, so I really was able to reduce the amount of time that I had to put into getting it ready. I will be hanging in Pedernales Falls next weekend, so I wanted to ensure I had some time with it before I took her out for our hang.

I will definitely post up some pics after we get back. We are going Labor Day weekend. :)

I have become a bit of a tarp making addict. Congrats.
