Zipper Advice on Curves

#1

Post by Mophead » Wed Jul 06, 2016 3:39 pm

I'm looking for some advice on how to sew a zipper around a curved opening such as a tent door.

For the inside flap I could cut out triangles or something to gather the zipper fabric but what about the outside curve? Am I overthinking this?

This lady's videos are very helpful. Not a zipper but curves.

More of Sarah and zippers, don't think she put a zipper on a sharp curve but her voice put me to sleep so I missed most of it.... :-)

You can bend and flex zipper coil. Just keep your curves gradual and go slow.
