The dog hammock

a 36x36 bridge made from 2.2 Hex 70. Designed to enable an apex UQ to be suspended underneath it (next project). I still need to attach some "guylines" to it to steady it. I am going to run lashit from each of the corners and stake them down tight-ish. Debating how to do it, considering grommets, not sure if that's how I want to go.

Fabric held no problem, Faith (all 85 lbs of her) was standing in the hammock and no damage at all from her nails.

Keep thinking 4 arrow shafts on the sides and 4 upright pieces of wood with holes for the arrow shafts, and it could sit on the ground anywhere.
Guess you could use it for stool if it was sturdy enough.

Very nice indeed.
Are you gonna sew the UQ to the bottom of the hammock or make it modular?
I could see this being one complete unit with built in insulation.

Modular. I used Dutch's Bridge hammock end pieces for the prototype for ease of use and they have a way to attach an UQ.

I have a ton of apex and different fabric so next step is to make a quick UQ for this.
