Question for southerners

#1

Post by Biker Bob » Sun Oct 30, 2016 2:34 pm

Another noob question. Is it safe to hang from palm trees?
I spent the weekend playing Grandpa in Florida at a hammock site in a state park. The only possible place to hang was to at least one palm. Matthew did a lot of damage, but I didn't see evidence of an entire missing tree.
Last question I got a picture of a broccoli taco with complete answers-I believe this dumb question will get another good answer and cannot wait to hear how it is explained.

Thanks

Bob

I would be very careful, palms have very shallow root systems,
