Anybody have an issue adding an avatar? I keep getting the " file must between 0 kib a d 10 kib" message. I have cropped and shrank and everything else, and still can't add one. I can add the same pic to other pages on Tapatalk...

it comes down to size. I have the allowable file size set small to keep an eye on bandwidth.

Something like this is an example of what to search for if you do not have the right programs to resize your desired avatar pics. I put the link down as an example, because I have not used the linked program and cannot guarantee your satisfaction with it. Either way, I hope that it helps you.

you are going to need to get on your desktop and use some editing software to make it smaller.

A day (at least) late and quite possibly a dollar short for the OP , but it may help others.

I am pretty sure I used 'prt sc.' on my laptop while in windows pic viewer, opened Paint and hit 'ctrl' + ' v' and then used the resize button from the Paint menu to get the pic small enough to be accepted.
