This is perhaps the most impressive DIY hammock I've seen in a long time.

I posted the same thing on another forum and yet again, they move my post to the Donating Member section.
Seems everytime I post something outside of the Dream Hammock sub-forum it gets moved.
Thankfully there's hammockhangers.net where this kind of nonsense doesn't happen.

That there is impressive.

And I think that over there, they wake up every morning determined to show at least one person just who the frikkin boss is around there before they can go to bed that night.

Dang Papa Smurf. Due to your honesty in calling it as it is has made me look @ your hammocks. I've got 20 now for the family but I think I might want a custom made one just for me. When I get ready you will 4 sure get my business.

I'm not much on their Gestapo rules over there. Just got a notice to keep my donating status to see post like yours, I owe them $10. I think I'll just let it go & give it to this forum where your treated as an adult.

Thanks Robert, just let me know if we can help you out at all.

I see this evening there's 2 other threads over there showing the exact same video, but strangely they haven't been moved.

That was impressive. Not just the DIY skills but the thoroughly field testing the hammock immediately. Well done Orangutan well done.

Are we sure that's not Sarge in a monkey suit?! That was impressive for him to know that simple knot.

That knot, a prusik, and a slip knot is all I know---

Silly monkey, doesn't he know that you are not supposed to hang from knots since they degrade the strength of the material??

knowing to move one end farther away to get the right lay, that's impressive.

I donated to support hanging as a whole but it was before I read their rules or saw them in action.

Gotta be honest, I am often inappropriate and best left in a place where people have thick skins. I find nothing offend
