I raised the first blister I've had in 30 years a couple weeks ago on the trip to Niederhoffer Lake. Last Spring I had to bail half way through a hike because I felt some hot spots cropping up due to wet trail conditions. This got me thinking about treating my feet with something, but they don't make Body Glide anymore and I had to do some searching. I came across Trail Toes, a product made for trail and long distance runners, so I thought I'd give it a shot.
