ButtBake Info update and things to bring thread

Ok kids, we are a month out now so let the planning commence.

We Officially have the Lake starting WEDNESDAY (thanks Lenny). If you come out Wednesday you will be working. We are going to try to fill in some of the ruts in the road, clean out the fire pit, and collect wood. We will also start to set up the Kitchen area and inflate the Island and stage kayaks.

What I am bringing:
Complete Medical Jump Bag
Solar Panel and 2 batteries
A pop up canopy
An inflatable Island
4 kayaks
a camp kitchen
Tons of hammock gear
The OFFICIAL Dream Hammock camp chairs (left with me at Fairfield by the Smurfs)
a couple of coolers with beverages and ice
cases of water
cases of coke
cases of Dr Pepper
2 AWESOME Door Prizes courtesy of DreamHammock and HammockHangers.Net plus some smaller swag

What we need still:
We will need another 3-4 canopys for the kitchen/common area
1-3 more large coolers (for beverages)
lights (coleman lanterns, solar lights, whatever ya got)

What you should bring:
Any medications you take and the number of your next of kin (serious, just in case anything happens)
a camp chair/something to sit on around the fire.
A rick of wood if possible.
your hammock gear (including light weight insulation)
Food for the PotLuck
Food for other meals as necessary ( meal plan money will be collected the first week of July, covers TH night, FR breakfast and dinner, SAT breakfast...lunches are NOT included)
Personal beverages
A smile and some stories for the campfire

Make sure you pay for your shirt(s) if you ordered one, and dont forget I will be collecting Meal Plan money the first week of July.

If you can help with the things we need, let us know.

In addition to my personal gear and something to add to the give away pile, I'll bring:
Pop up canopy
Coffee Pot
redneck fire pit
wood for a couple of nights, including a Sweedish candle
Uncle Mike's kitchen, (or at least a cast iron pot or 4)
Everything that Cheryl and I could possibly need for cooking meals, (Except for the parts she brings - no need to be redundant)
I plan on one cooler for food and I'll bring another one for drinks
and possibly a kayak

I will be bringing:

Pop-up Canopy

Enclosure for a Chemical Toilet (will get a chemical toilet if none is coming)

3 Day cooler for the cause

(4) 8 foot tables

(4) Sunlight Lanterns

Several crappy solar Chinese paper lanterns that probably don't work

Crap ton of glow sticks from the dollar store. (Somebody probably should bring some more as these are left over from the first Butt Bake)

(2) cases water

Solar panels for recharging phones, etc.

We are bringing 2 popup canopies, a camp kitchen, two tables, maybe 3 one large cooler for food and 1 smaller for drinks, case or two of water and a very large jug of water for cooking and for coffee. Then you guys know I will bring as much extra stuff as I can fit in my truck. LOL Of course I will have my DO's and I am working on getting a gas griddle before then and the pancakes will be much easier to bang out.

I'm bringing extra hammocks and straps if anyone is bringing a friend. I know there won't be a shortage but I figured I would throw it out there.

Two cases of H2O. Sunscreen. Picaridin.

A can do attitude for Wednesday set up!

I'll bring a couple of white tables, and some bag chairs. My pop up tarp bit it at the November hang. It was on shaky ground anyway. I can +1 the Wednesday, except I think I will be getting there around dusk? I will see how my day of Wednesday training goes in Austin. I'll have a smaller cooler on wheels, plus the rest of the camping stuff.

Dusk is fine, just drive into Neiderhoffer directly that evening, we'll be there.

Need the Dutch Oven Crew to help me out here:

'Bout how many tortillas will we need to get us through from Thursday to Sunday morning?

There are reasons you're not on the cooking crew-------
