You all know I may be dieting but I never skimp on anything that everybody else eats.

Here's my jar of homemade spicy sauerkraut / Kimchi. It's pretty tasty, and waiting eagerly to appear at the Butt Bake Hang!

Happy, or from my test taste, likely to cause an NBC alert. I thought I read somewhere about gas masks being needful? Maybe it will mellow in the jar some.

I love the new grill. Since I've never met a Dutch Oven I didn't likeā€¦ I've added to my iron arsenal as well. New to me, although it's 60-100 years old, and I've a bit of prep to do on it but it should be good to go before too long.
