Full Moon September Hike, 16-18 Sep, LSHT

#1

Post by Scuba » Fri Aug 26, 2016 11:37 am

My son and I were going to do Kayak float but he decided he'd rather do a hike. We are going to do some sections of the LSHT, maybe PL4 to the overnight hunters camp, then to korean pond, then out to PL2. Not sure yet and I am open to suggestions. Post here if interested in coming along.

Will be taking my test on the 16th and starting a turnaround on the 19th. Have fun though and be safe.

Hmmm. I need to get out. I've got some calendar conflicts but may see about adjusting them if I can. That makes me a definite maybe, sorta, kinda.

Will have to check the calendar, but I could use some time away from fixing things around the house.

I can't believe I haven't seen any pictures of that surface. I know some were taken.

Rain is in the forecast. Still going. Either PL#6 or Neiderhoffer. Will post more when It's confirmed.

Still hoping but not yet able to commit. I don't care about rain, although I'm not a fan of lightning.

Pl#6, so hurricane cove or neiderhoffer. I'm good with either, and have a +1 try hammock camping.

We will be at Neiderhoffer. We have it for Friday night and Saturday night. I will bring a couple of canopies for any rain we may get. If you need the gate code, contact me when ya get out there.

Dang.

I almost wish I wasn't going to Colorado.

This'll be the last time this year anybody will be able to overnight at Niederhoffer.

Pics or it didn't happen!
