tree straps

#1

Post by Bald Cypres » Fri Aug 14, 2015 8:53 pm

Does anyone sell two [2” ] inch tree straps 6 -8 ft long with multiple loops for hooking biners to ?

More of a description. A 2 in strap with loops on each end but also having 3 or 4 loops sewn into the strap at intervals for hooking biners to. Hope that helps.

I wish to be able to wrap the strap around a tree insert one end through the other and have a couple of places to hook my biner in. I have often found that trees are not grown to the perfect circumference for my straps to work as I wish them to.

I am currently working to genetically modify an Oak Tree to become fast growing and of the correct size. It may however take longer than I have to accomplish that. Therefore the need for the straps.

A couple of other options: Dutch clips or the new Multi-clip from Dream Hammock

Like ENO's Atlas XL? I guess it's not quite 2 inches across, but I've been happy with mine.
