Hello everyone!

Good to see there is another place to talk about hammocks and such so my wife doesn't have to hear about it anymore.

I don't know if it is because I want it to be true, but it seems like there are more southerners on this forum than some others I've been on, which is nice because I feel like we sometimes have our own unique set of issues.

YYah, there likely are a larger number of folks from the South over here. We started as a Texas bunch, so that's a natural thing.

Howdy and welcome to the trees! While it doesn't matter to me where folks are from, I do agree that there's a level of southern hospitality and temperament here as well as a healthy respect for heat and humidity. Glad you found us!
