No he did not. I'm gonna give him an extra week (until Monday PM), then do another giveaway if he doesn't claim it.
We put it out on thios site, I sent him a PM, the winner video was posted in a few dozen FB Groups, and there's been 225 views on the Winner video on my channel, which means that almost a 100 folks above and beyond the number of entrants have seen it.
