What is on your agenda for 2019? Do you have any exciting trips planned? Is there a place you'd love to hang?

Hoping to get some hanging system in my backyard this year to test my gear. About to order a sewing machine to sew a hammock sock from Ripstop by the roll.
Any day in the outdoors is better than a day at work.

Awesome! You can do it! I taught myself to sew and made my own hammock. This year I'll tackle making a tarp. Please post a thread with pics so we can see your finished product!

I hope to get in a Sipsey Wilderness trip before the cool weather goes away. In early fall we are planning a Rocky Mountain back pack, probably Wind Rivers, WY or Sawtooths on ID. In the meantime, just plenty of day hikes, enjoying off trail(no snakes or bugs, too cold! )and back yard testing.
