Re: Anyone Slackline?

Just had an epic session this past saturday in Boston. We had 8 lines setup in the range of 30 feet up to 200 feet and as low as 2 ft off the ground and as high as 8 feet off the ground. It was awesome! If you have facebook here's some of the pics i took... https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a....

Re: Anyone Slackline?

It all depends on what you would like to do with it. Their are plenty of good/cheap 2" slacklines (even ones made specifically for beginners) all over. You could also go with a 1" line which may be a little harder at first but i enjoy the 1" more. You can do what they call a "Primitive" slackline se...

Re: Alone Series

They actually had a lot more gear than just their 10 items + clothing. History Channel finally released the full list of gear they had to choose from, what was prohibited, and what gear they were given to take with that didn't count towards their 10 items. http://www.history.com/shows/alone/articles...

Re: Alone Series

This is one of my favorite shows on TV. I was very shocked Lucas left too. After he built his yurt I thought it was going to come down to him and Allan. Good for Sam for sticking it out though even with the lack of food.

I have a roadID as well. I cycle quite a bit as well as hike so it works all around. I wear it all the time too.

Re: New Poll of the Old Poll

Once i started playing with my bridge hammock setups i haven't gone back to a gathered end. The comfort of a bridge is awesome! I still have other gathered end hammocks but they've been loaners lately.

Anyone Slackline?

Just got into slacklining a few weeks ago and the addiction for it is almost as bad as my addiction for hammocks!! The best part is hammocks and slacklines go so well together! Anyone else slackline, highline, etc?
